Where do you service?
Do I need to bring my car anywhere?

No — we come to you. All services are performed at your home or another location of your choosing.
Do you need access to water or power?

For exterior services (The Refresh, The Works, The Experience), you'll need to provide access to a water hose. For interior-only work, no hose or power needed.
Head to the Appointments page and book directly online. Full payment is collected at the time of booking.

How do I book?
What's your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Same-day cancellations made 2+ hours in advance are 50% refundable. Cancellations less than 2 hours before your appointment are non-refundable, outside of emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Is there an extra charge for heavy pet hair or soiling?

Yes — A $35 surcharge may apply for vehicles with heavy pet hair or significant soiling requiring a heavy duty clean. You can add this to your booking upfront; it will be listed as Pet Hair Removal/Heavy Duty Clean add-on when you book. If it's not selected and the condition of the vehicle requires it, the charge will be applied after the service is completed.
What's included in the photography services?

The Detail + Shoot add-on includes 5–10 edited photos taken at the detail location. The Shoot standalone includes 15 edited photos at a scenic location of your choice (*within our service area. Any location out of our service area will need to be discussed prior to booking your appointment). The Experience combines a full The Works detail with a professional shoot and 15 edited photos. For more information, go to our Photography page or reach out to us directly with more questions. *All photos are professionally edited and delivered digitally within 5–7 business days.
Do you offer ceramic coating?

We offer a Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Spray Protection add-on for $35. This can be added on to any service with an exterior wash; see our Services page for more details.
Full ceramic coating services will be available in the future.
Is pricing based on vehicle size?

All listed prices are flat rates for standard vehicles. Large SUVs, vans, and trucks require a $30 add-on due to the additional time and materials involved. You can select the Large Vehicle add-on at booking — if not selected and applicable, the charge will be applied after the service is completed.
